Nadežda Kokotović

Nadezda brings two decades of managerial expertise within the energy sector. Her leadership background includes serving as the Director of the Brussels Energy Club since 2019. For 10 years she worker as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Serbian oil and gas company NIS. In this capacity, she successfully oversaw an international team of 40 professionals across five offices in three countries. Nadezda established and managed the NIS EU Liaison office, and she represented the company in Brussels for five years. Earlier in her career, she served as an Advocacy Adviser at the Continental Office CEE/CIS/Baltic states of SOS Kinderdorf International in Vienna. Currently, she leads a global market intelligence platform focused on transport and fuels within the international holding SGS. Nadezda holds a Master of Arts in Russian Studies from the University of Belgrade, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Kent, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Energy Policy at the University of Sussex. Additionally, she contributes as an energy columnist to various platforms and she is fluent in Serbian, English, and Russian.
