Mila Aliana

Mila is a global senior consultant and leader for over 30 years. She has a wealth of commercial acumen for the strategic direction and execution of global business transformations. As an Executive, leading global teams and delivering multi-million dollar initiatives, Mila has an intimate knowledge and experience of leadership, business and technological issues at global, national, and local levels including the complex and systemic challenges faced within organizational, societal and digital transformational change. Currently, as one of many roles, Mila holds the role of Chief Weaver for the Planet Positive 2030 initiative, supported by IEEE SA, that brings together a global diverse, open community of experts to chart a path for all people to achieve a flourishing future for 2030 and beyond. In collaboration with a consortium of key actors from various sectors, industries and countries, Mila has been actively involved in social and technological innovation initiatives. In particular, the practical experimentations - prototyping and piloting - of emergent innovations, in alignment to how life and nature works, co-creating conditions for life to thrive.
