Massimo Andolina

Massimo Andolina has been the President of the Europe Region at Philip Morris International (PMI) since January 2023. He began his career at PMI in 2008 in Lausanne as Director of Operations Planning. In 2011, he took over the leadership of operations in the Latin America & Canada region, and two years later, he assumed responsibility for operations in the European Union region. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President of PMI Business Transformation, and in January 2018, he became Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining PMI, Mr. Andolina held various international positions in strategic marketing and general management for Tetra Pak International and in operations for R.J. Reynolds International. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Palermo, Italy, and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
