Marie-Christine von Hahn

Marie-Christine von Hahn is Vice President Corporate Sustainability & External Affairs of Aurubis AG, multimetal producer and one of the largest copper recyclers worldwide. Marie-Christine holds responsible for the group’s ESG-Management, decarbonization efforts and supply chain due diligence, as well as Aurubis’ advocacy, its political positioning and strategy. Before joining Aurubis in 2015, she was represented German oil and gas producer Wintershall in Berlin. Until 2009 she had worked as a research assistant to a member of German Bundestag. She studied Hispanic, English and American Studies in Potsdam, Berlin and Barcelona.
