Kinga Stanislawska

Kinga Stanislawska is a prominent figure in the European venture capital industry with over 20 years of experience in investments and finance. She is the founder and managing partner of Experior VC, the first women-led venture fund in Central and Eastern Europe, investing in companies with strong ties to the region and a focus on sustainability and technological innovation . As the co-founder of European Women in VC, Stanislawska has built the largest community of female venture capital partners in Europe, aiming to increase female representation and promote diversity within investment teams . She has served as a board member of the European Innovation Council (EIC) and is part of the investment committee of the EIC Fund – Europe’s largest deep tech fund with a budget of €10 billion . Stanislawska also sits on the boards of private and public companies and was a management board member of the Polish Venture Capital Association for five years . She has been recognized by Forbes and EU Startups as one of the top 50 most influential women in technology and startups in Europe .
