Evgenia Peeva-Kirova

Evgenia is a social and business entrepreneur with a passion for education and optimal human development. Since 2007, she has co-founded and strategically led organizations in the education, youth development and technology sector. Currently, Evgenia is the CEO of SoftUni BUDITEL, a future-proof digital professions high-school. She is also a co-founder at Crisp Labs - a boutique AI and data science consultancy. In 2021 she held vice-minister and advisory roles at the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria. Between 2010 and 2019 Evgenia founded and headed as CEO Teach For Bulgaria, a non-profit which she turned into a nation-wide leader of education innovation. She remains a committed TFB board member. Before that she was a business consultant at McKinsey & Company advising organisations on strategy and growth in the Technology, Pharmacy, Telecommunications and other industries. Evgenia completed her BA in Social Studies at Harvard University and her MA in Education Management at Plovdiv University. Evgenia is a certified NeuroHorizons practitioner - an applied neuroplasticity approach to human development.
