Elisaveta Valova

Elisaveta holds a Master’s degree in “Environmental Protection” from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and in “Environmental Management” from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy. Elisaveta started working at Dundee Precious Metals Chelopech EAD in 2008 as an intern and was later appointed as an Environmental Permitting Specialist in the Environmental Department. Since 2012, she has been the manager of the department. In implementing the company’s environmental policy, she established and developed the system for voluntary reporting and disclosure of environmental and ESG parameters in accordance with international sustainable development requirements, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and SASB. She complements and enhances the Integrated Management System of DPM companies with procedures and instructions. Elisaveta and her team, have been engaged in scientific research in the field of environmental science in partnership with the University of Mining and Geology, the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, and Sofia and Plovdiv Universities.
