Dr. Eyüp Vural Aydın

Dr. Eyüp Vural Aydın is a prominent expert in public-private partnerships (PPP), strategic management, and sustainable development. As Chairman of the Istanbul PPP Center of Excellence, he leads a high-level advisory and research institution supporting governments and organizations in designing and implementing effective and future-proof PPP frameworks across key sectors including infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and transportation. With a strong background in both academia and policy-making, Dr. Aydın has collaborated with numerous international organizations such as the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the United Nations Development Programme.
