Dorin Alexandru Badea is a senior professional with proven record of success in both executive and non-executive roles across situations ranging from startup to global groups, from entrepreneurial to state owned, from high performing to distressed. He has a solid background in capital markets, banking, infrastructure and energy sectors. Dorin provides consulting services across the CEE Region for capital markets, investment, infrastructure, energy and innovation projects. He is an independent non-executive director at TTS, the leading river transport company on the lower Danube and at the newly established Romanian Investment and Development Bank. Dorin Alex Badea has over 20 years of professional experience in banking, capital markets, private equity/infrastructure investments. He is a CFA Charterholder and has been serving as a volunteer at CFA Romania, part of the prestigious CFA Institute, for nearly two decades. He is also a member of the Index Committee of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 2016 and has served as a founding member of the Board of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund, the first regional investment fund focused on infrastructure investments.
