Christian Roy is an accomplished investment professional with extensive international experience in infrastructure finance, project development, and strategic advisory. He currently serves as Senior Investment Director at Amber Infrastructure Limited, where he leads core and core-plus investments across the transportation, digital, and energy sectors, with a strong focus on the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund. He also holds a non-executive directorship at BMF Port Burgas.
Prior to his current role, Christian worked as a Senior Advisor at PwC Central & Eastern Europe, where he supported infrastructure transactions in over 15 countries. His portfolio included project origination, bid strategy development, deal structuring, financing solutions, and negotiation leadership. Earlier, as Associate Director at PwC Australia, he led major infrastructure appraisals, notably the third runway project at Melbourne Airport.
Christian began his career at PwC Canada, where he specialised in financial modelling, transaction structuring, and procurement strategy. He also served as an Analyst at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, focusing on investment opportunities in the healthcare and telecom sectors.
He holds an MSc in Finance from HEC Montréal and has completed professional training in project finance and infrastructure investment from institutions including Corality, Università Bocconi, and Euromoney Learning Solutions.
