Mechanical Engineer, graduate Department of Thermal and Nuclear energy in Sofia. He has over 35 years of experience in the energy sector of Bulgaria, including work at the Technical University - Sofia, as well as in a specialized design organization and Project management unit in the field of nuclear and conventional energy. He has experience in developing systems and safety analyses, energy efficiency analyses and renewable energy. He took managing positions in major state-owned enterprises in the nuclear energy sector as well as in the private sector. He is author of a number of publications in the energy sector and has participated in a number of analytical teams in developing plans and strategies for development of the sector. Deputy Chairman of the Bulgarian Energy and Mining Forum Managing board.
