Founder of Imp-Act Agency and co-founder of Gradoscope
Adriyana Mihaylova is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the field of public and corporate communications, during which she has implemented numerous integrated communication strategies for various projects and companies.
Adriуana coordinates communications for Vision Sofia 2050, an initiative of Sofia Municipality to create a shared and long-term strategy for the development of Sofia and its suburban areas, which is based on the analysis of data on the state of the city's environment and the involvement of various stakeholders in an informed dialogue. She is the founder of Imp-Act Agency, an urban communications and initiatives consultancy. Co-founder of the civic organizations GRADOSCOPE, a multidisciplinary team working for sustainable transformations in the urban environment, and the independent urban marketing platform #soSofia.
As Managing Director of Ogilvy Public Relations before that, she looked after the PR strategies of companies such as IKEA, Absolut, Philips, Storytel, BLD and others. From 2007 to 2014, she worked at VIVACOM, where she was involved in major strategic projects such as the rebranding and restructuring of BTC, the launch of the VIVACOM Fund social corporate responsibility platform, the founding of the VIVACOM Art Hall, among others. She has worked as an external consultant for the largest cultural events in the country such as Night/Plovdiv and One Architecture Week and is part of the TEDxBG team. Adriyana has a degree in PR from Sofia University, Advertising and Lifestyles from NBU and a specialization at the London School of Public Relations.
